I proudly proclaim that the earrings I wore in high school still fit. With bracelets, however, you need to know your wrist size. Take a soft, flexible tape measure and wrap it around your wrist (but not too snug). Most female adult wrists will measure between 6 1/2 and 7 1/4 inches. Because wrists move, bend, flex, and swivel, your bracelet is typically designed to fit easily about one inch above the wrist. Normally, this will add about 1/2 to 1 inch to the finished length.
Our bracelets, including the fastenings, usually measure about 8 inches. If you are young and blessed with tiny bones and your weight gets a gold star on the doctor's chart, the bracelets will be a bit more loose. If you are older or are a bit more "fluffy", you will find the length a perfect fit.
Our earrings and necklaces are, of course, a one size fits all. Necklaces without a clasp are made to fit easily over your head.

If you see a jewelry item that you just can't live without (yes, we've all been there), but it isn't in your favorite colors or the sizing isn't quite right or has been marked as sold, send us an email. We can then get your exact measurements and determine if we have the correct colors/beads to design something especially for you.
If we have the beads in stock, we can give you a time-frame for completion (usually within 5 - 7 days). If we have to order specialty beads, we will give you a price quote along with a completion date. We will invoice you for the custom design. Once paid, your project lands on the beading table and the work begins. We will notify you when your jewelry piece ships and send you a tracking number.
We make every effort to respect the privacy of our online visitors. When you order a jewelry piece, your your name, address, and email address is forwarded to us (along with the name of the item ordered). This information is kept on a personal computer. None of your information has or ever will be sold, traded, or otherwise viewed by any third parties.
Through the shopping cart, your credit card number is encrypted and recorded on a separate secure server. As a fraud prevention measure, we also record the IP address of the person making the transaction. No credit card data is ever stored on our servers or computers.
At this time, we do not have the technology to screen information or data taken from individuals who are minors. Parents are urged to regularly monitor and supervise their children's online activities.
Our products are handcrafted with care and are packaged for shipping in such a way to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your jewelry piece is damaged during shipping, contact as us as soon as possible for details on how to return the item for refund.
While hand beaded jewelry is durable, it is not indestructible. [Please view our Care Tips page.] We ask that if you have an issue with a broken item that you contact us as soon as possible to determine if it can be fixed, replaced, or refunded.
